Prefect stay as always. Close to temple gate which is a plus point. Rooms are good with modern amenities and staff is polite and helping in any way possible. I used to book this hotel in past and will continue to book in future.

Rooms were not clean, towels were not clean as well and soap dispenser did not have soap too. Bath room had a foul smell at the time of check in.

I ***** with my cousin sister both being senior citizens and widows travelled Nathdwara as pilgrims. The manager of the hotel first of all was not ready to accept that we have an active booking. we were given the smallest of the room. the chek in timing us 11 or 12 noon and check out is 8.00 Am. what kind of system is this. Apart from this, they were very reluctant of giving us drinking water. Ac was merely working and the tv remote was not working. when we requested them on service number through intercom for water or remote they used to say yes and then never turned up tonour room. very bad bad experience.

Excellent rooms, clean and hygiene. Best part is that it is closer to mandir. Hardly 200 steps. Overall good experience

It was good stay. Room was small but comfortable. Only thing i didn't like is washroom wasn't clean when i check in the hotel room. They weren't prepared. No cleaning boy came to clean the room in two days. Staff is humble.

Hotel room was neat and clean, staff was very cooperative. Overall service was very good. As of now they are missing on restaurant service, if intitated it's a boon ***** with room stay. Thanks.
